Who can I nominate?

The awards are about recognising mothers who you think are inspiring. By nominating a mum are making a positive impact by sharing your love of our everyday mothers who do everyday things, yet we watch them in awe and now we get the chance to tell them just how inspiring they are to us and others.  

Can I nominate myself or does someone else have to nominate me? Yes you can nominate yourself.

Can I or someone else nominate my business?

No. This is not an awards for mums in business.

How do I nominate? You can nominate by filling out the form at www.inspiringmumawards.com. The nominee will then be sent an email within 72 hours with the details to complete the the acceptance of being nominated for the awards.

When do nominations close? Nominations close at midnight on Friday 1st May Midnight.

How much does it cost to enter the awards? There is no entry fee for the 2020 awards.

Do I have to share the nominee badge on my social media? Yes. Displaying the badge and linking to www.inspiringmumawards.com is a condition of entry.

When is the awards night and where is it being held? The Awards are being held online via a zoom web link on Saturday 9th May from 8pm.

How much are the tickets? Tickets are free for Nominee's and guests at the 2020 awards. Tickets must be claimed under the events tab on the website www.inspiringmumawards.com in order to receive the zoom web link.

Do I have to go to the awards? Everyone is welcome to come along! Nominee's are encouraged to join the live zoom web link. This year the panel members are joining together LIVE to co-host the awards.

Do I need to ask family and friends to vote for me? No. These awards are not a popularity contest.

How are finalists selected? All nominations are collaborated together and sent to panel members. Panel members are then instructed to vote intuitively on each nominee based on responses to questions. All data is then received where we will have 10 finalists and 1 winner decided. The top 10 finalists and winner are then required to be interviewed.

Is everyone who enters all categorised under the one area/ category?

The only category for the awards in 2020, which is for inspiring mums to be nominated.

Can I become a panel member?

Yes. There is a limit of 10 panel members each year. Please email smile@samararomanis.com for further details.

Is there a prize?

The winner receives a trophy and finalists receive prizes which are donated from business.'

Does every nomination get announced?

Yes. Each nomination once accepted is announced to the facebook community group.

Can I collaborate with the awards?

Yes. Your business has the opportunity to become a sponsor or can make a donation for awards. Please email smile@samararomanis.com for further details. Sponsorship and donation opportunities close Friday 1st May 2020.

How long have they been running for?
